Research Stack is an independent research company based in London. We study how software teams build with AI, and we publish everything we learn under open licences.
What independence means
Our studies are funded from our own study budget. We do not sell data, we do not accept payment to influence findings, and every report discloses its full methodology.

Gillian leads study design and sampling. She has spent over a decade running developer-facing research programmes and publishing under open licences.

Jeremy oversees fieldwork, data handling and incentive fulfilment, and is the company's point of contact for privacy enquiries.
